What’s on the workspace
The workspace is a customizable grid of widgets. Which widgets appear, in what order, and which is the row hero is driven by the active view. Admins ship persona defaults; each user can save their own views on top. The core widgets:- Active strategies (inbox) — the seller’s inbox: strategies running on your accounts, grouped into a work-state funnel (No activity, Engaging, Converted with opportunity-stage pills). Drill into a state to filter the list; sort by priority, confidence, most recent, account, or strategy name. Rows show inline risk signals in warning tone.
- Daily feed — recent Account Plan and Strategy updates, defaulted to Priority (account rank → feed priority → recency) or Most recent. Toggle account-intelligence updates on or off from widget settings.
- Priority accounts — accounts ranked by priority within your visible book. Detailed rows show owner, pipeline, activity, and the top one to two risk signals inline. Priority, Risk, and Value lenses share the same ranking model.
- Strategy approvals — the shared queue of pending candidates from your pipeline agents. Pick an agent from the widget picker, scroll through candidates sorted server-side, and accept, dismiss, or bulk-activate — with an optional assignee (a specific user or the account owner).
- ShiftUp coverage — visualize the gaps in your open pipeline to ensure each Opportunity is supported by a ShiftUp strategy.
- Prospecting queue — the drill-in workspace for prospecting work. Engage with pre-generated messaging tailored to each unique strategy and recommended stakeholder. Scope follows the global filter bar: with no ownership filter active, the widget and its drill-in show every prospecting item you can see; the global Ownership and assignment filters (Belongs to me, account plan owner, strategy assignee) narrow both surfaces the same way. Switch views (Needs action, Due now, First touches, Upcoming, All prospecting) from the widget’s Queue view setting, and sort by Recommended (the default due-priority order), Most recent, Account name, Strategy name, Value, or Confidence — the sort applies in both the widget and its drill-in.
Views and customization
The workspace supports multiple views — named layouts you can switch between via the header picker.- Switch view — open the picker to jump between your saved views.
- New view from current layout — save the layout you’re on as a new view.
- Rename, duplicate, delete — from each view’s row menu. You always keep at least one view.
- Drag widgets to reorder them within a row.
- Drop a widget between rows to start a new row.
- Hero toggle — mark a widget as the row hero to give it more space and richer detail.
- Remove widgets or rows you don’t need; drag from the Available widgets tray to add more.
- Reset to default — restore your role’s shipped default layout.
- Save layout to persist, or Cancel to discard edits.
Role-specific defaults
- Reps ship with an inbox-led layout: Active strategies, Daily feed, Priority accounts, ShiftUp coverage.
- Managers and admins (with pipeline agent access) ship with a pending-led layout: Strategy approvals first, pipeline as the second-row hero.
Global filters
A sticky filter bar sits at the top of the workspace and narrows every list widget on the page at once. Filters are grouped into four categories:- Ownership and assignment — Belongs to me, account plan owner, strategy assignee.
- Favorites — Limit results to accounts and strategies you’ve favorited.
- Account criteria — Accounts, Industries, Seller profiles.
- Value and timing — Amount, Activity, Pipeline timing (any close date, closing this quarter, closing next 90 days).
Guided tour
A guided onboarding tour walks first-time users through the workspace: left nav, widget grid, global filters, key widgets, and AI chat. It auto-launches once on first view.Permissions and visibility
- Row visibility honors Salesforce sharing for every persona: sellers see their book, managers see their team, admins see the unfiltered view on Daily Feed, Active strategies, and Strategy approvals.
- Priority is per-user: the accounts, strategies, and approvals each user sees are ranked within their own visible set.
- The Strategy approvals widget requires pipeline agent view permission; without it, the widget is hidden and the tour step is skipped.
