Create a Seller Profile

  1. Open ShiftUp setup and create a seller profile.
  2. Add accounts that should be monitored by that profile.
  3. Confirm account plans are generated for selected accounts.

Create Users

Define user access with role-specific permission sets:
  • Seller: works account plans and opportunity strategies.
  • Manager: seller capabilities plus profile/strategy assignment and management actions.

Rollout Tips

  • Start with a pilot group.
  • Validate generated outputs and ownership behavior.
  • Expand profile coverage in phases.
