Option 1: Convert from the stakeholders table
Use this method for quick conversions without leaving the strategy page.Click Convert to Record
Click the Convert to Record icon (person with a plus sign) on the stakeholder row. This icon only appears for unlinked stakeholders.
Option 2: Convert from the stakeholder sheet
Use this method when you are already reviewing a stakeholder’s details.Unlinking a stakeholder
To disconnect a stakeholder from Salesforce, open their sheet, go to the Actions tab, and click Unlink Contact or Unlink Lead.Troubleshooting

The icon only appears for unlinked stakeholders. If you see a Contact or Lead badge, the stakeholder is already linked.

The conversion flow requires account context. Make sure the account is associated either by the email address domain of the stakeholder or that the strategy is linked to an account.

Refresh the page. If the badge still does not appear, try unlinking and re-linking the stakeholder.
