The Journey page is the landing page when you open ShiftUp. It gives you a single, at-a-glance view of what’s assigned to you, what you’ve recently worked on, and where you are in your onboarding.

Overview

Journey is organized into three sections:
  1. Stats cards — Progress on your assigned account plans and strategies.
  2. Recent activity cards — The latest records you’ve converted, favorited, or activated.
  3. My ShiftUp Journey timeline — Your guided onboarding progress.

Stats cards

Two cards at the top of the page show what’s currently assigned to you and how much of it you’ve reviewed.
CardWhat it showsClick behavior
Account PlansNumber of plans viewed out of total assigned.Opens the account plans list filtered to unviewed plans.
StrategiesNumber of strategies viewed out of total assigned.Opens the strategies list filtered to draft, unviewed strategies.
Each card displays a progress bar while items remain unviewed. Once you’ve reviewed everything, the card shows You’re all caught up! If nothing is assigned, the card shows an empty-state message.

Recent activity cards

Three cards surface the records you’ve most recently engaged with, so you can jump back into in-flight work without searching.
  • Recently Converted — Stakeholders you’ve converted to Salesforce contacts or leads.
  • Recently Favorited — Accounts and strategies you’ve marked as favorites.
  • Recently Activated — Strategies you’ve moved from draft to active.
Click any record in these cards to open it directly.

Journey timeline

The timeline tracks your progress through ShiftUp’s guided onboarding. It’s organized into stages — each stage groups related tasks (for example, setting up your seller profile, working your first account plan, or activating your first strategy).

How the timeline works

  • The timeline opens automatically to the first incomplete stage, so you always know what’s next.
  • Click any stage on the track to see its detail panel, which includes tasks, links, and tours for that stage.
  • Completed stages are marked with a checkmark.
  • When every stage is complete, the timeline collapses and displays a Complete badge — you can still expand it to revisit any stage.

Stage detail panel

Selecting a stage reveals:
  • A short description of the stage’s goal.
  • The individual tasks required to complete it, with their current status.
  • Links to relevant documentation and in-app tours.
For a deeper walkthrough of each stage, see Seller onboarding.
