To ensure “learning by doing,” complete the following: Account Activation
  • Action: Add at least one new Account to ShiftUp if it hasn’t been added by your admin.
  • Achievement: You have successfully initiated the AI intelligence engine for a key account in your territory.
Account Review
  • Action: Review an Account Plan and its associated Strategy.
  • Achievement: You’ve identified critical company shifts and a strategic hypothesis to drive your next conversation.
Workflow Optimization
  • Action: Identify and favorite your high-priority account plans and 1 or more strategy
  • Action: Create a customized list view (accounts I own and sort descending by last updated)
Achievement: You’ve tailored ShiftUp to your specific workflow, ensuring your most active accounts stay front-and-center.
