Admin Access

  • Salesforce System Administrator access in the target org.
  • Latest package install link from ShiftUp.

Org Configuration

  • Enable Lightning Web Security in Salesforce:
    • Setup > Security > Session Settings
    • Confirm Use Lightning Web Security for Lightning web components and Aura components is enabled.
  • We recommend a designated integration user account for ShiftUp for granular permission control and auditability. The setup wizard can create this user for you in one of two ways:
    • Recommended: Use a Salesforce Integration user license plus a Salesforce API Integration permission set license. This does not consume a paid Salesforce user license. Verify available counts under Setup > Company Information.
    • Fallback: Use a standard Salesforce user license with the Minimum Access - Salesforce profile.
    If neither license type is available, identify an existing user to use as the integration user in advance.
  • Please share your salesforce organization Id in advance with ShiftUp to speed up activation. You can find it under Setup > Company Information then look for the value in theSalesforce.com Organization ID field.
