  • Master feed — Accessible from the left-hand menu, this view shows all updates across all Account Plans and Strategies in your organization.

  • Salesforce bell notifications — Account Plan and Strategy owners receive alerts with a summary of what changed and a direct link to the updated record.
  • Record feed — A new tab within each Account Plan or Strategy shows that record’s full update history.
  • Master feed — Accessible from the left-hand menu, this view shows all updates across all Account Plans and Strategies in your organization.
  • Filtering and search — Filter by type (Account Plan or Strategy updates), update category (Intelligence or Strategy), priority (High, Medium, Low), or search for a specific Account Plan.
