Standard dashboard

The Standard Dashboard tab in ShiftUp Analytics embeds the packaged Salesforce dashboard named ShiftUp Dashboard. Unlike the Pipeline and Adoption tabs, which are built into the ShiftUp app, this is a native Salesforce dashboard: every widget is backed by a packaged report in the ShiftUp Reports folder, and you can open, clone, and customize it with standard Salesforce dashboard tools.

Location and access

In ShiftUp: open ShiftUp Analytics and select the Standard Dashboard tab.
In Salesforce: open the Dashboards tab and find ShiftUp Dashboard in the ShiftUp Dashboards folder.

The dashboard runs as one specified user, so every viewer sees the same org-wide numbers regardless of their own record access. If Salesforce cannot load the dashboard for a user (for example, the ShiftUp Dashboards folder is not shared with them), the tab hides the embedded dashboard instead of showing an error. Metrics

The top of the dashboard shows seven metric cards:

Metric	What it counts
Total Seller Profiles	All seller profiles, including inactive ones.
Total Account Plans	All account plans, including inactive ones.
Total Strategies	All strategies, including archived ones.
Total Unassigned Strategies	Strategies with no assigned user.
Active Strategies not in Pipeline	Active strategies without a linked opportunity.
Active Strategies in Pipeline	Active strategies linked to an open opportunity.
Active Pipeline Value	Total opportunity amount on active strategies with open opportunities.

Charts and tables

Widget	What it shows
ShiftUp Pipeline by Strategy Status	Donut of strategy counts by status.
Active Pipeline Count by Stage	Funnel of active in-pipeline strategy counts by opportunity stage.
Active Pipeline Amount by Stage	Funnel of active pipeline amount by opportunity stage.
ShiftUp Strategy Close Rate	Stacked bar of closed strategy value split by won versus lost.
ShiftUp Pipeline by User	Table of strategy counts by assigned user and status.
Top Accounts by Active Pipeline Value	Table of accounts ranked by active pipeline value, with strategy counts.
Pre-funnel Pipeline by Value Score	Donut of draft strategies by value score.
ShiftUp Pipeline by Industry	Donut of pipeline amount by the account plan’s industry.
Account Plans by Industry	Donut of account plan counts by industry.
Account Plans by Seller Profile	Grouped columns of account plan counts by seller profile and plan status.

Source reports

Every widget is built on a packaged report in the ShiftUp Reports folder, including ShiftUp Seller Profiles by Status, ShiftUp Account Plans by Status, ShiftUp Opportunity Strategies by Status, ShiftUp Unassigned Strategies, Active Pipeline Value, ShiftUp Pipeline Conversion Rate, Strategies by User, Top Accounts by Active Oppty Value, ShiftUp Draft Strategies, and the industry and seller profile breakdowns. Open a widget to drill into its report, or use the reports directly to build your own dashboards. Salesforce runs reports as the viewing user, so a report opened from the dashboard reflects only the records that user can see and may not match the dashboard’s org-wide totals.
